Home About

Rooted in faith,
growing in grace.

Our story, our beliefs, and the people who shepherd this community.

Our story

A small gathering with a big calling.

Aldermoor Fellowship began in 1998 when twelve families started meeting in a living room on Aldermoor Lane. They shared a simple conviction: church should feel like family, worship should be heartfelt, and faith should move into the neighborhood, not stay inside a building.

Twenty-eight years later, that living-room spirit still shapes everything we do. We gather every Sunday in our Main Sanctuary, share meals through the week, and serve alongside our neighbors across Springfield — tutoring kids, stocking food pantries, and showing up when it matters.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

What we believe

Anchored in Scripture, led by grace.

  • The Bible is God's living Word — our foundation for faith, teaching, and everyday decisions.
  • Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Through His life, death, and resurrection, forgiveness and new life are freely offered to all.
  • Grace alone. We are saved by grace through faith — never earned, always a gift, open to everyone.
  • The Church is a family, not a building. We gather to worship, grow as disciples, and carry hope into our city.
  • Love in action. Faith without works is incomplete, so we serve the hungry, the lonely, and the overlooked.
